As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Tequity, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of product features. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities.
- Analyze product metrics, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and feature backlogs.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings.
- Work with UI/UX teams to refine user flows and improve product usability.
- Support launch activities, including user onboarding, internal training, and feedback collection.
- Maintain strong alignment with stakeholders across business, engineering, and delivery teams. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- 2-5years of experience in Product, Business Analysis,



Project Management, or a tech-oriented role.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behavior.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, or product engineering environments.
- Exposure to product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro).

- Prior experience working with technical teams or in a startup environment.
