About the role:

A detail-oriented professional responsible for managing end-to-end field operations for digital learning projects across schools. Coordinates with vendors, oversees logistics, and ensures timely setup of digital labs with high-quality standards. Supports on-ground execution, reporting, and process optimization. Collaborates with internal teams and Vendors to drive smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:





- Managed end-to-end field operations for digital learning labs in government and private schools across India.
- Identified, and coordinated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware, infrastructure, and accessories required for lab setup.
- Handle on-ground coordination with school authorities & Internal teams, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and readiness of digital labs.
- Conducted site assessments and ensured all lab components (electrical setup, furniture, networking, Printing) met required standards before deployment.
- Created detailed documentation, checklists, and operational SOPs for lab readiness and field processes.
- Prepared and shared lab readiness reports, highlighting installation status, gaps, and action recommendations.
- Coordination with external agencies for large-scale implementation across multiple districts and states.
- Provided on-ground support through ticketing system to resolve issues for related to hardware, connectivity, and operational challenges.
- Maintained consistent follow-ups with vendors, logistics providers, and school teams to ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Ensured compliance with project timelines, operational standards, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with vendors for printing, paper, and packaging, and ensuring state wise, district-wise, and block-wise alignment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. 1–2 years of relevant field operations experience, preferably with some coordination or associate level responsibilities.





Must-have skills:

- Familiarity with field operations and strong planning skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to connect and coordinate effectively with diverse Internal & External team .
- Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-Project environment while meeting timelines independently.
- Adaptable, proactive, and responsive to dynamic organizational needs.
- Prior experience in a start-up or fast-moving operational environment is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
