What we are looking for in the role:

Daily execution of CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Emails & In-app messages) via CleverTap/MoEngage

Building and monitoring automated user journeys

Copywriting & A/B testing of campaign copies

Pulling daily/weekly performance reports (Open rates, CTRs)

PR support - media tracking, press kits, media outreach & drafting press releases

Ideal Candidate:

Creative with a robust eye for detail and consistency

Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across functions

Brand-conscious and eager to grow in a scaling NBFC/Fintech environment

Comfortable using AI tools for content generation and campaign ideation

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or English (preferred)

1-3 years of hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar CRM tools

Knowledge of AI tools and content generation to AI

Strong writing & short-form copywriting skills

Ability to manage a campaign calendar and meet deadlines
