- Experienced in data validation and interpretation to identify trends, risks, and insights • Advanced expertise in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, visualization, and dashboards.

- Deliver reporting solutions, dashboards, and business insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end reporting requirements including requirements gathering, metric definition, reporting logic documentation, and solution delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting data sources and analytical datasets.
- Monitor reporting systems, ensure reporting continuity, and collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues.
- Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and reporting support requests while ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive the BE value proposition and secure involvement in complex delivery and transformation engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring delivery excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Own and deliver automation, analytics, and reporting initiatives in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Provide clients with recommendations on process optimization, business transformation, digital enablement, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Support documentation, knowledge management, and backup coverage to ensure business continuity.
- Drive future-state transformation, operational efficiency, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
- Leverage emerging technologies, automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve business outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with organizational, regulatory, and financial governance requirements.
