- Understand Product top VPS issues in field / Generate PPFR / Demonstrate / Prove to Back endteam - Monitor the effectiveness of the Product Actions through MIS (Data Analysis)
- Validate QIB adequacy & Communicate to field - Drive implementation of specific product actions in field for VPS Improvement
- Review / Coach / Drive adherence of Check points in Focus Area for VPS improvement as per reviewschedule / Frequent interaction with Area team on VPS
- M1/M3 Solutions effective implementation and validation of Kaizen and technical summit solutions
- Monthly Dealer Visits to field to understand Product Issues - Training of WMs and Technicians for VPS Improvement - Provide support to field and Service Support team for resolving critical product technical Problems(Guiding / Sending Modified Parts / App development, Audits) / Closure of Threads in Forum
- Develop Automated reports through IT Projects
- Development of Technical Charts and Videos on critical topics
- Circulate weekly customer complaint reports and escalate issues to QAD on an on-going and regularbasis, ensuring closure within stipulated time.
