Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role at KServe BPO Pvt. Ltd. in Thane. The Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to business solutions, client communications, project management, and operational support. The role involves collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients and contribute to the success of multi-lingual campaigns.

Qualifications

- Client Communication and Project Management skills
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills
- Team Collaboration and Operational Support skills
- Proficiency in multi-lingual communication is a plus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in BPO industry is beneficial
