About The Role

We are looking for an investment professional who is genuinely curious about businesses and enjoys understanding how companies are built, scaled and financed.

The role involves working closely with the investment team across the full investment lifecycle — from identifying and evaluating new opportunities to conducting due diligence, supporting transactions and working with portfolio companies post-investment.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond numbers to understand founders, markets, products, customers, business models and growth drivers, and develop an independent perspective on investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, high-growth startups, or other analytical/strategy-oriented roles
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, businesses and investing
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals including:
- Revenue and growth
- Margins
- P&L;
- Unit economics
- Cash flows
- Key business metrics

- Ability to conduct market, industry and company-level research
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
- Ability to form an independent point of view on businesses and investment opportunities
- Exposure to transactions, due diligence, investment evaluation or working closely with businesses is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate insights, analysis and recommendations
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectual curiosity, humility and a strong willingness to learn

What You’ll Do As Part Of The Investment Team, You Will





- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Conduct market, sector and company research
- Analyse business models, financials, unit economics and growth drivers
- Build financial models and investment analyses
- Support commercial and financial due diligence
- Prepare investment memos and materials for investment discussions
- Work closely with founders and management teams to understand their businesses, challenges and opportunities
- Track and analyse portfolio company performance and MIS
- Support deal execution and transaction-related activities
- Develop perspectives on emerging sectors, technologies, business models and market trends
- Support portfolio engagement and other fund initiatives
- Contribute to internal investment discussions through data-backed analysis and independent perspectives

Who Would Be a Strong Fit? We would be particularly interested in candidates who have worked in VC/PE, investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, or the strategy/investments function of a high-growth startup, with hands-on exposure to financial modelling, investment analysis, market research, due diligence and/or founder interactions.
