About the Role: The Core Network Operations Automation & AI team is transforming how mobile-core operations run by replacing repetitive, manual processes with governed AI agents and intelligent automation that can observe, reason,
recommend, and act. We are looking for an ambitious fresh graduate or early-career developer who wants to build production solutions—not simply maintain legacy systems. You will help develop agentic systems that connect large language models with operational data, network tools, internal platforms, databases, and APIs to automate complex workflows at scale.
Working with senior engineers, the Technical Program Coordinator, and Core Network Operations stakeholders, you will learn disciplined engineering practices while contributing code that is secure, observable, testable, and suitable for controlled production use.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agentic Systems
- Contribute to the design and development of AI agents that support operational tasks across Core Network Operations.
- Build multi-step agent workflows that connect LLMs with tools, APIs, knowledge sources, databases, and operational data.
- Implement agent capabilities such as planning, memory, retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Develop prompts, policies, and orchestration logic that produce predictable and auditable behavior.
- Test agent behavior, identify failure modes, and improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Document known limitations, guardrails, confidence thresholds, fallback paths, and escalation conditions.
Required Qualification:
- 0–2 years of software-development experience; fresh graduates with strong academic, internship,
or personal-project evidence are encouraged to apply.
- B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Strong foundation in Python, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, debugging, and software-engineering fundamentals.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts, and synchronous or asynchronous integration patterns.
- Comfort working in Linux or Unix environments and using Git-based collaborative development workflows.
- Basic understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval, and where AI fits within automation.
- General understanding of cloud concepts, including compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, and service deployment.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, document work accurately, learn quickly, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Willingness and ability to work from the o ice on a full-time basis.
