Role Description The Associate Doctor is a full-time, on-site role based at Isya Aesthetics in Vasant Vihar. The role involves conducting detailed consultations, assessing skin, hair, and overall wellness, and recommending evidence-based treatment plans aligned with the clinic’s integrative approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing and overseeing aesthetic procedures, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and monitoring patient progress and outcomes.

The Associate

Doctor will collaborate with the clinical and support teams, maintain accurate medical records, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance to patients. The role also includes staying updated on new technologies and techniques, participating in training,



and supporting protocol development as needed.

Qualifications

- Medical qualifications: Recognized degree and legal right to practice in Delhi
- Clinical expertise: Experience in skin, hair, wellness, cosmetology or aesthetic medicine.
- Procedural skills: Proficiency or strong interest in learning laser therapies, energy-based devices, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Patient care skills: Strong consultation, history-taking, and examination skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes in clear, empathetic language.
- Safety and hygiene: Commitment to high standards of infection control, procedural safety, and meticulous documentation in line with international best practices.
- Communication and teamwork: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and build long-term patient relationships.
- Integrative mindset: Openness to holistic and lifestyle-based approaches to aesthetics, including basic understanding of nutrition, stress management, and wellness counseling.
- Professional attributes: Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, adaptability to new technologies, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Preferred experience: Prior work in an aesthetics or cosmetology clinic
