Were Hiring | Telecaller Real Estate Join Our Growing Sales & Marketing Team! We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with digital campaign leads from Google, Meta & other platforms. Understand customer requirements, budget, location and property preferences. Explain project details, pricing, amenities and USPs.

Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team. Maintain accurate lead and call updates in CRM. Follow up with warm leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. Coordinate closely with field sales teams to improve site-visit conversions.

What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in telecalling,



inside sales or customer support. Real estate experience preferred.

Excellent

Hindi & English communication skills.

Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage. Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Excel/spreadsheets. Persuasive, confident, patient and target-oriented.
