Role Description The Associate Customer Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, offering a salary of 35k for immediate joiners. In this role, the team member will handle customer interactions through phone, email, or chat, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex cases to senior staff when needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, following standard processes, and maintaining high levels of service quality and professionalism.

Qualifications
