Associate Consultant – Recruitment & Executive Search

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office | 5 Days a Week

CTC: 3.6 – 4.2 LPA (Maximum)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our recruitment and executive search team. This role is suited for someone who enjoys research-driven recruitment, niche hiring and working on mandates across industrial, consulting and corporate sectors.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, identify relevant talent, conduct market mapping and support end-to-end hiring for niche, mid-to-senior and leadership positions.

What You'll Do

- Work on end-to-end recruitment for niche, mid-to-senior and leadership mandates across multiple industries.
- Source relevant talent through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean/X-ray and other sourcing techniques.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify relevant organizations, talent pools and professionals.
- Understand client requirements and the business context behind each mandate, rather than simply matching CVs to JDs.
- Build and maintain talent pools across industrial, consulting, BFSI and corporate sectors.
- Screen candidates and evaluate their suitability based on role, industry and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate/client communication and support mandates through closure.
- Track recruitment metrics, TAT and conversion ratios and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



talent movements and current market dynamics to support better hiring decisions.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative sourcing strategies and new ways of approaching niche talent pools.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing or talent advisory.
- Exposure to Big 4, management consulting, NBFC/BFSI or large industrial/corporate clients will be an advantage.
- Experience hiring across sectors such as Automotive, Auto Components, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Cement, Manufacturing, BFSI or related industries will be preferred.
- Good understanding of headhunting, niche sourcing, market mapping and talent research.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand recruitment requirements from a business and market perspective.
- A proactive, research-oriented and can-do attitude.
- Someone who enjoys research, talking to professionals and understanding how different industries and talent markets work.

Important This is not a pure IT recruitment role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to IT/software hiring may not be the right fit.

We are looking for someone who has exposure to industrial, consulting,



corporate or leadership hiring and is interested in building expertise in executive search and talent advisory.

Compensation CTC: 3.6 – 4.2 LPA (Maximum).
