Role Description The Associate Circle Head – Agency is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, responsible for leading and managing an agency sales team to achieve business targets for life insurance products. In this role, the individual will recruit, train, and mentor Financial Consultants and agency partners, ensuring effective sales practices and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, driving customer acquisition and retention, conducting branch-level reviews, and implementing local sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.



The role also involves building strong relationships within the market, supporting consultants with customer proposals and policy servicing, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in recruiting, training, and coaching sales or agency teams.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Operational and compliance awareness, including familiarity with life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting, negotiating, and handling stakeholder interactions.
- Analytical and planning skills, including the ability to track performance metrics, interpret data, and design local sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in finance, marketing, or management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or agency channel management is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Rohtak, with readiness for local travel to meet clients and agency partners as needed.
