Program Structure

We are hiring passionate individuals for our Business Analyst Training & Internship Program. The program runs in three stages:

Stage 1: Training (3 Months)

Candidates will be trained by experienced IIT mentors and senior industry professionals with over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Development, and Strategy. This stage is unpaid but is free, structured industry training worth ₹50,000.

Stage 2: Paid Internship

After successfully completing the training, selected candidates will transition into a paid internship at ₹20,000/month, working on live projects under the guidance of experienced business leaders.

Stage 3: Full-Time Role (PPO)

Outstanding performers during the internship will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role at Electroglobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., with compensation based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Create user stories, workflows, process maps, and business documentation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Analyze customer needs and recommend business solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and leadership teams
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and product reviews




- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Assist founders in strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and business analysis
