Role & responsibilities

1. Routine Maintenance of Buildings ( Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Lifts, Lighting, Painting, Etc)
2. Responsible for taking care of security, housekeeping, events
3. Responsible for Procurement of equipments, Lab requirements etc.
4. Maintenance of WTP / Sewage System / Water System ( Sumps, OHTs, Tanks) / Rain Water Harvesting System
5. Procurement of MEP spares, Finalisation of AMCs etc
6. Routine Maintenance of IT Infrastructure (Data Centre, CCTV, WiFi Access Points, Audio Systems, IT Network, Biometric, Servers, Firewall, Telephone Exchange, Etc)
7. Procurement of IT Spares ( Both Passive & Active Components of Network, Printer Consumables, Desktops, Laptops, Interactive Panel, Audio System,etc
8. Procurement and Renewal of Softwares,etc





Preferred candidate profile Preference will be given to veterans from the Indian Armed Forces;

- Engineering graduate
- Experience in project and construction management
- Campus infrastructure maintenance and upkeep
- Handling electrical, civil, and hydraulic systems
- Procurement and inventory management
- Vendor and outsourcing coordination
- Safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Infrastructure and facilities management
- Fire safety and insurance coordination
- Documentation and statutory compliance
- Renovation and maintenance supervision
- Liaison with external agencies and authorities
- Coordination with BESCOM and Pollution Control Board
- Solid compliance and governance exposure
