Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling asset management of the target for the investment made by the private equity or strategic clients.
- Analyze financial and operational data, including accounting records and cost data
- Analyze cost data, compare with the budget and conduct discussion with the Management of the target.
- Verified vendor payments in terms of financial check and prepared detailed monthly performance reports.
- Preparation of monthly Power Point (PPT) report based on the performance of the target company.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
- Tracking of Legal Status
- reparation of Cash flow statements
- Sound Knowledge of MS Excel
- Review of customer Files, Rate and receipts, Demand Tracking etc.
