We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Associate Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting entries, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in regular reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.




- Assist senior accountants in audit and taxation-related requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant accounting experience may apply.

Experience 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
