We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive (Stock Incharge) to manage our daily inventory operations. In this role, you will oversee stock movements, track inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and record-keeping. The ideal candidate has basic inventory management knowledge, robust organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using basic inventory software or MS Excel.
- Organize stock logically within the warehouse or storage area to maximize space and safety.
- Perform regular physical stock counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process outgoing stock orders, dispatch, and document transfers accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when reordering is required.
- Ensure the store area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in store handling, stock management, or warehouse operations.
- Education: High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or standard spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
