Assistant Store Manager

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required:

- 2 – 4 Years of relevant experience in Hotel Stores, Inventory, Materials Management or Procurement
- Previous experience in a hotel/resort environment will be preferred

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(Depending on knowledge & experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the smooth functioning of hotel store operations. The role involves inventory control, material receiving and issuing, stock verification, documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storage and issuance of materials

✔ Maintain accurate stock records, inventory levels and store documentation

✔ Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

✔ Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and required specifications

✔ Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Kitchen,



Housekeeping and other departments

✔ Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation

✔ Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of all materials

✔ Prepare stock reports, consumption reports and inventory-related MIS

✔ Use Rista Software for relevant store/inventory operations and maintain accurate system records

✔ Monitor wastage, shortages and discrepancies and report them to management

✔ Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, inventory controls and hygiene standards

✔ Support cost-control initiatives and efficient utilization of materials
