Role Description The Assistant Spa Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Seventh Heaven Spa in Aldovia Resort & Convention, Bengaluru. This role supports the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, treatment room readiness, and adherence to service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising spa staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, monitoring inventory and supplies, and helping maintain a clean, tranquil, and safe environment.

The Assistant Spa

Manager collaborates on spa promotions, package design,



and service enhancements, and assists with tracking budgets, revenue, and performance metrics. This role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, and working closely with other resort departments to create memorable, restorative spa experiences.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in spa operations and Spa Management , including staff coordination and daily workflow.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction , with the ability to create welcoming, personalized guest experiences.
- Basic understanding of Budgeting and revenue tracking to support spa financial performance.
- Knowledge of Skin Care principles and spa therapies to effectively guide guests and support service quality.
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury resort environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant diploma or certification in spa management, hospitality, wellness, or a related field preferred.
