Position: Assistant Project Manager – Interiors (Residential)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor residential interior projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure project execution as per approved designs, drawings, BOQ, and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site requirements.
- Plan and schedule material dispatch, installation, and site activities.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Coordinate with the client throughout the project and ensure proper communication.
- Ensure timely completion and smooth handover of projects.
- Support payment collection and other project-related activities when required.




- Maintain proper project documentation and site records.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at project sites.

Requirements
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Robust knowledge of interior execution, carpentry, installation, and site coordination.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Willingness to travel to residential project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
