: Assistant Project Manager – Electrical construction work

Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of new electrical distribution construction projects at Harihar. The candidate will coordinate site activities, contractors, materials, and project schedules to ensure safe, timely completion within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project action plans, timelines, and activity schedules.
- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, procurement, and plant teams.
- Track project progress, costs, and material availability.
- Identify execution issues and follow up on corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain progress reports, installation records, and handover documents.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in electrical project execution, preferably in industrial or manufacturing CAPEX projects.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, cabling, earthing, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and supervise contractors.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
