- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented lectures in Management and related subjects.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, assignments, and study material.

- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions.

- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.

- Explain theoretical concepts using practical examples and case studies.

- Keep updated with the latest developments in management, business, and higher education.

- Participate in academic activities, seminars, workshops, and student development programs.

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom setting.

- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and student performance tracking.

Educational Qualification

- MBA from a recognized university/institution.

- M.Com with UGC-NET qualification will also be considered.

- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
