Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be preferred, especially for Associate Professor and Professor positions.
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience as per the position applied for.
- Strong academic record; publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should meet UGC norms as applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, and related areas.
- Develop and revise curriculum in line with current industry requirements and academic advancements.
- Guide students in research, dissertations, projects, and academic activities.
- Engage in independent and collaborative research and publish research papers in reputed journals.
- Mentor students for their academic, professional, and career development.
- Conduct and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, and other academic events.
- Contribute to departmental development, academic planning, and interdisciplinary initiatives.




- Participate in university and departmental committees and other institutional responsibilities.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Specialization in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, Banking & Insurance, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Knowledge of current business trends, digital technologies, and industry practices.
- Experience in creating e-learning content and using modern teaching and learning tools.
- Robust research, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to interdisciplinary academic initiatives.

Pay Scale ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and position applied for.
