HR Operations Manager / Senior Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations skilled to drive end-to-end HR operational excellence while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in payroll administration, HR analytics, stakeholder management, background verification, and HR processes, with prior experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and monitor employee Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, business teams, vendors, and external agencies to support HR operations.
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across HR operations.




- Provide HR generalist support and address employee queries related to HR policies and practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Generalist functions.
- Prior experience in the NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or similar industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and BGV processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel), PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
