1. Conduct site inspections and evaluate site readiness before product application.
2. Supervise and train contractors, applicators, and workers on proper product application.
3. Provide technical guidance on product usage, application methods, and troubleshooting.
4. Ensure adherence to project specifications, technical guidelines, quality and safety standards.
5. Resolve technical issues related to product performance and application.
6. Conduct product demonstrations and application trials at project sites.
7. Coordinate with sales, customers, contractors, and project teams for technical support.
8. Prepare site visit reports, technical observations, and recommendations.
9. Support customer complaints and provide suitable technical solutions.
10. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 5-8 Years of relevant experience.
2. B.Tech or M.Tech qualified.
