Role & responsibilities

1. Contract management

A. Manage end to end execution of coal washing / lording contract and work order. b. Review and monitor contractual term related to ROM and washed coal quality such as yield, GCV, moisture, size, rejection, losses, billing and payment.

c. Monitor contract validity, quantity commitment and balance quality .

d. Ensure compliance with contractual obligation and agreed commercial term.

E. Monitoring receipt of ROM coal in line with asking rate and communicate field and senior management for timely lifting.

- Quality management a. Monitor washed coal quality at customer end including GCV, Ash, moisture, size and agree parameter .

b. Coordinate sampling and testing at lording / unloading point c. Analyses quality variation between washery and customer
- Washed Coal Dispatch & Logistics a. Plan and monitor dispatch of washed coal, middiling and rejected.

b. coordinate rake and road logistics with customer and transporter.

c. Monitor rake placement, lording ,dispatch and delivery .

d.



Ensure dispatch as per customer schedule and contractual requirement.

- Billing & Commercial Reconciliation a. Prepare and verify washing charges, coal value, yield based billing and other application commercial calculation.

b. Reconcile ROM coal received , washed coal produced, reject / middling's and dispatch c. Monitoring customer deduction , penalty , quality adjustment and claims.

d. Coordinate with Finance team for timely invoicing and collection

MIS Management a. Prepare daily / monthly MIS covering ROM receipt , washing, yield , production quality and dispatch.

b. Prepare contract wise profitably and performance report c. Monitor actual performance against contractual commitment.

d. Highlight deviation in yield , quality quantity , logistics cost and commercial performance management
