- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing processes.

- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

- 6-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.

- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through end-to-end recruitment efforts.

- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment.
