About The Role
- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving standardisation and knowledge-sharing through product SOP videos, training, and documentation to enhance customer and employee understanding. Ensure consistent technical support, complaint resolution, and inventory coordination across branches while maintaining compliance and performance standards.
- The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardise product SOP videos to enhance customer understanding and support.
- Conduct technical product training for employees, focusing on product features, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of product complaints across all branches.
- Coordinate with branches to maintain a centralised system for technical product information and updates.
- Implement structured communication and documentation processes to share product updates and resolutions.
- Monitor and track technical issue resolution and establish escalation procedures when required.
- Ensure the availability and coordination of inventory and spare parts between branches.
- Maintain compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistency in customer experience and technical support across all branches.
- Support product setup and programming with a focus on intuitive configuration, performance optimisation, and security.
- Develop user documentation, guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a Technical Diploma, or an Electrical Engineering degree, or an ITI certification.
- Must be proficient in English
- Minimum working experience of 3-5 Years
