Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple roles and functions.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, vendors, and other channels.

- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines to meet ongoing and immediate hiring requirements.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define hiring priorities, and drive closures.

- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Manage the recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Track and analyse hiring metrics such as TAT, source mix, conversion rates, offer-to-join ratio, and closures.

- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively work on improving recruitment efficiency.

- Manage external recruitment vendors and ensure quality and productivity from partners.

- Support initiatives around process improvement, employer branding, candidate experience, and scalable hiring frameworks.





- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities and tight hiring timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with exposure to volume hiring.

- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer closure.

- Experience hiring across multiple positions simultaneously and managing high-volume recruitment mandates.

- Strong understanding of recruitment channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and other sourcing platforms.

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.

- Strong ownership, execution skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines.

- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

- A proactive problem-solver who can independently drive hiring mandates from requirement to closure.
