Roles &

- Responsiblities -

Responsible for the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of Zscaler services, including ZIA, ZPA, ZTB, and App Connectors. Ensures secure user access, policy compliance, service availability, and efficient resolution of incidents while supporting Zero Trust architecture across the enterprise.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zero Trust Branch (ZTB), and App Connectors.
- Investigate and resolve user access issues related to internet, SaaS, and private applications.
- Troubleshoot Client Connector connectivity, authentication failures,



posture check failures, tunnel issues, and policy enforcement problems.
- Monitor the health and performance of ZIA, ZPA, ZTB, and App Connector infrastructure, ensuring service availability and adherence to SLAs.
- Manage and support ZPA Application Segments, Segment Groups, Access Policies, Server Groups, and App Connectors.
- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting using Zscaler analytics, audit logs, and traffic logs to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
