Assistant Manager - Process Safety and Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work setting. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Process Oversight: Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Chemical Management: Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Process Optimization: Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.

Quality Control:



Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field Work Experience (Range of years): Min 2 - 5 years of experience in wet chemistry Process activities, including chemical handling, batch processing, and process optimization.
