This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with positive expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership. As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Innovative Kaizen Mindset, and debottlenecking /n Roles &

- Drive TPM 8 Pillars & TPM Coordinator for the Plant as cultural transformation.

- Drive Smart Manufacturing Strategy & initiatives across Plants

- Road Map Preparation, Gap analysis & Strategy for improvement

- Line Balancing & Capacity Planning

/n

- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,



5S & Continuous Improvement

/n

- Lean Tools exposure like VSM, SMED, Kanban & 7QC tools

/n

- Digitalization & Low cost automation

/n

- Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

/n

- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving

/n

- Production Planning & Workflow Optimization

/n

- Plant Layout & Material Flow Improvement

- Conduct TPM SCM Reviews, MIS & KPI Reporting & OEE Analysis
