3. Location: Kandhampatty, Salem (100% On-site, No remote/hybrid)
4. Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month
5. Core Condition: Must be comfortable working on a rotational shift pattern directly on a hot, loud, and dusty factory/mill floor managing laborers. Must have long-term plans to settle in Salem permanently.
