Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing to drive product development projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they are achieved within specified timeframes and budgets
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management,and quality control
- As a continuous process, identify products for standardization and undertake value analysis/value engineering initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends,



translating them into product requirements

- Generate cutting-edge ideas and conceptual designs, overseeing the creation of prototypes and testing plans.
- Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in utilizing CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, for 3D modelling and design
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the product development process
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines
