About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented pharmaceutical professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / Manager – Sourcing & Operations .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sourcing, contract manufacturing, CMO coordination, vendor management, production planning, and operational coordination .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable pharmaceutical vendors and CMOs .
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for product sourcing and manufacturing requirements .
- Manage production and supply planning to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor manufacturing timelines, quality requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Manage vendor relationships and support commercial negotiations and cost optimization .
- Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Purchase, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams .
- Ensure vendors/CMOs meet applicable GMP, quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements .
- Support new product sourcing, product development, technology transfer, and product introduction activities.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency .
- Build and maintain a solid and reliable pharmaceutical vendor network .

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

- B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- MBA – Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience in Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing, Vendor Management, Operations, PPIC, or Production Coordination preferred.
