Assistant Manager Job details • Proposed designation Asst. Manager • Role type Supervisory • Reporting to Manager • Geo to be supported US • Work timings: US working hours • Work mode : Hybrid Roles &
responsibilities · Possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings. Use this knowledge to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and operations. · Conduct analysis of P&L; and balance sheet statements to contribute to the understanding of financial performance. · Assist in the development of financial models to support forecasting and planning, helping identify trends and potential challenges. · Support the execution of financial projects, ensuring they are completed timely and successfully. · Contribute to process improvements and the automation of reports to enhance efficiency and standardization. · Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management and alignment of project delivery with strategic objectives. · Assist in handling escalations and performance-related discussions involving KGS teams and onshore stakeholders, aiding issue resolution and maintaining documentation. · Support the mentoring and guidance of team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role is for you if you have the below Work experience · Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation · Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage · Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating current roles effectively from US Geo · 10 years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.; · Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. · Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels · Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, shift starting at 3 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
