Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment
- Sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management
- Documentation & onboarding formalities
- Stakeholder Management CEO, Promoters, Group Heads & Business Leaders
- Background Verification (BGV) coordination
- Joining formalities and HR documentation
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for manpower requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Strong stakeholder management skills

Positive command of MS Excel

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
