Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to lead taxation, audits, and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic insights to support organizational growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage direct and indirect taxation processes, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead statutory and internal audits; prepare accurate financial statements and identify process improvements.
- Provide financial insights and address queries for clients, building strong professional relationships.




- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance accounting processes and strengthen reporting accuracy.
- Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in taxation laws and accounting standards, advising management accordingly.
- Assist in implementing financial strategies for resource optimization and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
- Prior exposure to Section 8 companies / NGOs will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
