Role Description The Assistant Manager Expansion will support the growth of Allo Health’s clinic network, focusing on identifying and developing new locations in Bengaluru for on-site operations. This full-time role involves conducting market research, assessing potential catchment areas, and preparing data-driven proposals for new clinics. The individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, medical staff, and marketing, to plan clinic launches, ensure timely setup, and maintain brand and service standards.





Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking key expansion metrics, maintaining vendor and partner relationships, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also requires monitoring performance of newly opened clinics, recommending improvements, and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in market research, data analysis, and location assessment for expansion or business development.
- Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills for working with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Operational skills in process optimization, documentation, and performance tracking for new and existing sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or clinic/hospital expansion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel as required, and thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
