We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ISCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 10 years of ERP experience to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of our cloud supply chain ecosystem.

In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into robust functional designs across core modules including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion ISCM functional design documents
- Configure and support multiple ISCM modules: Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Product Hub
- Lead/participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects
- Perform configuration, unit testing
- Perform configuration, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and cutover/go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage SRs with Oracle Support.




- Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams for cross-module integration touchpoints
- Document business processes, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 10 years of overall ERP experience
- Robust functional knowledge in at least three of: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Costing, Manufacturing, or Planning.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion data model, setup manager, FBDI/ADFDI tools, and OTBI/BIP reporting basics.
- Experience with integration touchpoints between ISCM and Financials (Cost Accounting, AP/AR) modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycle and readiness assessment.
- Strong documentation skills, Good communication skill, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
