Designation: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Marketing Department: Product & Marketing

Reporting to: Head- Product & Marketing

Primary Responsibilities

- Marketing activities- Exhibitions, road shows, demo, advertisements in magazines, bill board, communication, media planning & designing, internal communication web marketing etc.
- Keep track of all MH related exhibitions in the country and making a proposal to the management based on effective criteria.
- Website management
- CRM software management.
- Market analysis on monthly basis (Share market on WITS basis, analysis of order booking by product type, industry segment type).
- Keep a track of industrial trends, competitor activities & other developments in MHE industry and keep the regional managers informed.
- Competitor Data analysis and pay close attention to effectiveness of each marketing activity by frequent communication with sales team.
- Order loss/ Win analysis.
- Reports and MIS.
- Managing and designing Incentive schemes for sales & its implementation.
- Monitoring & visualizing the territory coverage by Sales team.




- When YTD sales/order unit s results are behind the target then plan and implement campaigns to recover delays with PDCA approach.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Must have excellent communication skill
- Relevant work experience in capital good marketing preferred
- Must have very good analytical skill

Essential Qualification

MBA- Marketing from a recognised university

Experience

8-10 Years post Qualification (MHE/Industrial/Construction equipment) Marketing experience on capital equipment preferably MHE/Construction equipment

Desired Work Experience

- Should have exposure to market research and analysis
- Should have handled marketing and sales promotion activities

Competencies Required

- Must have valuable command over written and verbal communication.
- Must have analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good in MS-Office.
