Prime last-mile operations for Hyderabad end-to-end ownership of city delivery performance across the Hyderabad hub network.

SLA, breach metrics and cost — holding SLA adherence, driving breach metrics down, and owning last-mile cost per order for the city.

Rate card inputs — recommending the right rider / vendor rate card for each area and lane, and managing last-mile cost through it.

Business growth in the Hyderabad geography — identifying performance improvement areas and the hubs where volume can be grown.

Sales coordination — working with sales counterparts on serviceability, client commitments and city-level demand.

Ground presence — regular hub visits and direct interaction with riders and hub teams; this is not a desk role.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MUST-HAVES

4–5 years of experience in last-mile / e-commerce logistics operations, with time spent working in the

Hyderabad geography.





Control tower or on-ground ops executive background

— someone who has actually run a city or hub, not only reported on one.

Strong working knowledge of Hyderabad geography —

areas, lanes, hub catchments and how the city moves.

This is non-negotiable.

Willing to be on the ground — regular hub visits and direct interaction with riders.

Communication in English, Hindi and Telugu — needed to work effectively with hub teams and riders.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Engineering degree from a Tier-2 institution (preferred,

not mandatory).

Solid analytical skills — comfortable working with operational data and cost numbers.

Prior exposure to rate card design or last-mile cost management.

Experience with SDD / NDD or other speed-sensitive commerce operations.
