Work Experience: 3-4 years in core function of Finance & Accounts.
Requirement:
- General Accounting
- Expert knowledge in US GAAP(Core ASC 606) and Indian GAAP
- Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10K/10Q
- Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particular Regulation S-X and S-K
- Contributes to creation of a high performance culture through effective communication & verbal skills
- Ability to comprehend revenue contracts with customers and summarize key commercial terms
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of ASC 606/IFRS
- Practical experience on GAAP conversions especially from IFRS to US GAAP conversion.
- Therefore, the ideal candidate would be 3-4 years experienced CA / CA Inter /US CPA with Big4 background/or alternatively who has played similar role in the industry..
