Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical materials, and other instructional resources.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, internal examinations, and practical evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.
- Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the institution.




- Encourage student-centered learning, professional development, and academic excellence.
- Collaborate with faculty members and contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in the respective Ayurvedic discipline from a recognized institution.
- Eligibility and experience as applicable to the respective Assistant Professor/Lecturer or Associate Professor/Reader position.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver clear and engaging classroom instruction.
- Prior teaching or academic experience will be an advantage, particularly for senior positions.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology, presentation tools, and academic documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
- Ability to participate in seminars, workshops, research, and institutional academic initiatives.
