We are looking for a qualified and dedicated B.Com Faculty to join our college. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, evaluating assignments and examinations, and maintaining academic records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach B.Com subjects effectively and systematically.
- Prepare lectures, study materials and lesson plans.
- Conduct regular classes, tests and internal assessments.
- Guide students regarding academic and career-related matters.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in departmental and college activities.
Eligibility:
- M.Com / MBA / relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- NET/Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to qualification requirements.
