Role Description This full-time, on-site Assistant role is based at the Nagpur facility and supports day-to-day operations within the food production environment. The Assistant will help with routine administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communication. The role includes supporting production and warehouse teams by preparing materials, tracking inventory, and assisting with basic quality checks under supervision.

The Assistant will also help schedule meetings, liaise with vendors or service providers as needed, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.



Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to follow safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform basic administrative and organizational tasks, including document handling, data entry, and record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in supporting production activities, inventory tracking, and simple quality checks.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, and external contacts as required.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and adapt to a quick-paced food production environment.
- Demonstrated teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn new procedures and responsibilities.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
