Qualification: Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Project Management, Software Development, Cloud Technologies, SAP, or Cybersecurity would be an added advantage

Working Days: 5 days a week

Role Summary The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise application development/Implementation, manufacturing IT solutions, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves managing in-house and third-party software applications, supporting SAP-related initiatives, driving secure software development practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and information security requirements, and leading cross-functional technology projects.

The incumbent will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, software development teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Leadership & Digital Transformation

- Lead implementation of enterprise software solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes through automation and technology enablement.
- Define application roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Drive the organization's AI adoption roadmap and identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI,



and Intelligent Automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Software Development & Application Management

- Lead development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of in-house business applications.
- Own application architecture, technology standards, and technical governance.
- Manage software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Coordinate application releases, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and business continuity of critical applications.
- Lead and mentor developers, analysts, interns, and outsourced resources.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
- Build technical capabilities within the team through coaching and training.
- Monitor resource utilization and project delivery performance.
- Co-ordinate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective technology solutions

Compliance, Validation & Information Security

- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISMS, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Drive secure software development and cybersecurity practices.
- Support audits, validation activities, and compliance documentation.

Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
- Evaluate vendor solutions, licensing models, and support agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery of vendor commitments and project milestones.
- Review technical proposals and recommend cost-effective solutions.
