We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, payments, reconciliations, inventory accounting, audit support and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily Accounting: Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries accurately in Tally Prime.
- Ledger & Bank Reconciliation: Maintain debtor/creditor ledgers and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices against PO/GRN and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor collections, follow up on overdue payments and maintain debtor ageing.
- GST Compliance: Prepare GST returns, reconcile GSTR-2A/2B and verify eligible Input Tax Credit.
- TDS Compliance: Deduct/deposit TDS correctly and support timely filing of TDS returns.
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill: Maintain applicable e-invoice and e-way bill records for dispatches.
- Payroll Accounting: Verify payroll, post salary entries and account for PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.
- Inventory Accounting:



Record and reconcile raw materials, stock transfers and finished goods with physical stock.
- Fixed Assets: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, capitalization records and depreciation entries.
- Audit Support: Provide accounting records and schedules for internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet, ageing reports and other MIS.
- Month-End Closing: Support accruals, provisions, reconciliations and monthly/year-end closing activities

Candidate Profile

- CA Inter / CMA Inter with 45 years of practical Accounts & Finance experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy and capable of working independently. .
