Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Assistant Electrical Engineer for our PVC Pipe Manufacturing Factory. The role involves supporting electrical maintenance and smooth operation of extrusion machines, motors, VFDs, control panels, heaters, pumps, compressors, and factory power distribution systems.

The candidate will assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, machine inspections, power monitoring, installation and commissioning, and maintaining electrical maintenance records. The role also requires coordination with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and ensure secure factory operations.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.




- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, control panels, and power distribution.
- Ability to read electrical wiring and control diagrams.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills using electrical testing instruments.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and factory safety procedures.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in PVC pipe extrusion, plastic manufacturing, or industrial electrical maintenance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
